Amenities : How can I apply amenities to multiple properties in one go?

Once you have created (added) your amenities you can easily apply them to all your properties in one go to save time.

The "old" way was using the Amenity summary. Though, as this was a bit cumbersome we have create a new button to apply an existing amenity to existing properties.

Using the Apply to all properties button

1. Go to Properties > Amenities > Add / edit amenities
2. Scroll down the page until you see the amenity you want to apply to all properties.
3. Click onto the number of properties in brackets.

4. A pop-up will appear. Click the Apply to all properties button.

Another pop-up will request confirmation.
Click OK.

The amenity is applied to all properties.
After this has happened, you can close the pop-up again.

Using the Amenity summary

1. Go to Properties > Amenities > Amenities summary.

2. Select amenity category and click Filter.

3. Under your amenity header e.g. "3 Pans of different sizes" click in the blank space and tick Enabled and Save.

4. Once your first property is set you can click the header label to copy this setting to all other properties. For example, if all properties are pet friendly, click on the heading "Pet friendly", click OK and all properties will be updated.

Click OK.
