How do I set up the Booking.com integration with SuperControl?

To sign up to booking.com visit their registration form

Before you start your integration between Booking.com and SuperControl please ensure your availability is the same in SuperControl to avoid any duplication.

*** FOR EXISTING BOOKING.COM LISTINGS If you have bookings in Booking.com before you start the integration process please inform our support team so they can import these bookings for you.

Process summary

The automated sign up tool in Booking.com allows your accommodation to request a connection directly to SuperControl by accessing the extranet of Booking.com. Once the request has been submitted, you will need to follow the below steps to ensure the connection is correctly enabled.

The steps taken between yourself and SuperControl

Step 1 Select SuperControl as your Channel Manager

You can start the activation process via the Booking.com extranet by clicking on the Channel Manager link, under the Property Info tab.

If you already know who you are connecting with, start the procedure by clicking directly on the Start button and search for their name. Otherwise, you can check our preferred partners beforehand.

Once you have selected the Channel Manager, choose between the types of connection needed.

Step 2 Agreement

To complete your connection, complete all fields and accept and agree to the Terms and Conditions by clicking on Accept. You will receive a notification in your extranet Inbox along with a PDF copy of your XML Service Agreement

Step 3 SuperControl Confirmation

The Channel Manager receives a notification with your request and will confirm the connection when all mapping / changes of settings their side have been updated/completed. After that, you will receive an email in your extranet Inbox as below:

IMPORTANT: No extra steps are needed to be taken from within your Booking.com extranet at this stage. If you fail to receive notification from SuperControl in the extranet after 4 days from the request date, please contact us directly.

You can check the status of the request from within the Channel Manager section of your extranet.

Step 4 Your confirmation

Once the connection request has been confirmed from the Channel Managers side, you will receive a notification in your extranet Inbox asking to complete the activation as below:

PLEASE NOTE YOU ONLY HAVE 24 HOURS TO CONFIRM THE CONNECTION OR THE REQUEST WILL BE REMOVED.

In order for you to complete the activation, click on ‘I confirm the connection with provider SuperControl'. The connection will be enabled accordingly.

You must confirm the connection as quickly as possible once you have received the SuperControl confirmation (Step 3) to avoid any double bookings during this period.

Step 5 The integration is now active

The connection is now live. You are required, based on the settings agreed with your Channel Manager, to send a full refresh of rates & availability (applicable to connection type) to make the property available for selling.
