How can I import LiveChat data into an enquiry?

1. Go into an enquiry (Enquiries > View/Edit). Click “Import chats” at the bottom of the page.

2. Enter a date range for the chats you want to load. You can “Filter agent” to load chats for a specific user.

3. Click “Filter chats”. Choose which chat conversations you want to import into this booking.
