How do I request design matching?
When you first sign up with SuperControl, design matching is included as part of your OWNER/AGENCY package.
When you're ready to proceed with design matching, if you are a live client please raise a support ticket to tell the team providing them with the following information. If you are an on-boarding client please send this information in an e-mail to your dedicated on-boarding adviser :
- What is the URL of the page that the design should be copied from?
- Is the design and content on the above URL complete or will you be making further modifications?
- Will the URL be different when your site goes live?
- Are there any specific elements you would like excluded from your bookings pages? (Eg a header image).
Note: Before design matching can proceed, you must ensure you have at least one property added into your SuperControl account.
If you require any design changes after the design match has been completed (eg if you re-vamp your website) please inform our support team, this may incur an additional cost*.
Design matching takes between 7 and 10 working days.
When the design matching has been completed, you will need to send the HTML link to your web developer. To find this go to Admin>Integration HTML . Please check that you are happy with the design matching, and if you require any changes please raise a support ticket.
*Note: the cost for additional design matching is £90 + VAT.
Our design match service copies your header, footer and any background to the booking pages as best as possible. It does not include any customisation to the look and feel of the calendars or booking forms.
