If you experience any problems joining a webinar, the following might help:

I'm having problems joining the webinar
You need to have Adobe Flash Player to join the webinars.
Try using the browser Firefox instead of Chrome (Chrome automatically blocks flash).
If you are joining via an iPad, iPhone or Android device you will need to install the free ClickMeeting app from the App store or Google Play.

I've joined but I can't hear anything
Have you got your speakers turned on and the volume turned up?

The screen is too small to see anything
