For security reasons, you can’t view an owner’s login credentials.
If an owner needs access, they can select Forgotten password on the Owner Login page, or you can send them a password reset link instead.
To send a password reset link:
- Go to Agency > Edit owner > Edit.
- Click "Send password reset link".
- The owner can then follow the steps in the email to create a new password.
Owners can change their password at any time from the Owner Login by selecting Your details > Change password.
