Booking.com Onboarding New process

New to Booking.com: Follow these steps

If you are new to Booking.com then you are required to create and sign a new contract via https://secure.supercontrol.co.uk/page/BookingCom/Onboarding

Select Create and sign a new contract

Fill out the form with as much details as you can provide:

Click Create Booking.com contract to send the request to Booking.com.

If the request was successful, you will receive the following message:

What happens upon submitting your contract request?

Booking.com will send an email invite to begin your partner registration - this is where you sign your contract agreeing to Booking.com terms and conditions. This will also allow you to modify or complete the information we sent (such as contact information, property location information).

You must agree before proceeding.

Any issues?

Should you have any issues or any questions within this stage of the process these should be directed directly to Booking.com account manager.

Completing the contract

Booking.com will confirm with an email asking you to create your account:

And a separate email containing your signed contract:

Creating your account

You will be asked to create a password.  Your username is your email address, and you can then log in via https://admin.booking.com

In SuperControl the onboarding screen will update to reflect the status of your contract. If a legal entity ID is available this will be displayed.

If the page has not fully updated to reflect that you have signed your contract you can force an update:

If you did not receive any emails you can attempt to resend these:

Onboarding complete

If you are seeing this message then you are all set to start onboarding properties via the Booking.com Content API.

Retrieve an existing contract: Follow these steps

If you already have a Booking.com account then you can automatically import your legal entity ID into SuperControl to begin onboarding properties via the Booking.com Content API without the need of having to create or sign a new contract.

Pre-requisites

  • The email address used to sign up with Booking.com
  • The ability to access emails sent to this email address

The process

Via https://secure.supercontrol.co.uk/page/integration/BookingCom/Onboarding select the option to retrieve contract information:

The email address will be pre-filled based on the email address SuperControl have on file for your account.  If this is incorrect then you can change this (via the change e-mail link).

Once you have completed this step by clicking retrieve Booking.com contract will start the following process:

SuperControl will send an email to verify that you are the owner - you are then required to click the Confirm Partner Agreement link

Upon confirming and upon successful retrieving of your Legal Entity ID we will assign it to your account and provide the following message:

The onboarding page within SuperControl will be updated to reflect this:

Contract not found and troubleshooting

If the email address you entered is invalid then you will not receive our confirmation email so will not be able to proceed.  You are required to reset the contract and try again.

If the email address you entered is valid but not connected to a Booking.com contract upon confirming your partner agreement (via the email)

You will receive the following message and should try again by resetting the contract:
