I have my prices in, but why is the system not allowing my guests to book on my website?
When a guest is trying to book and they are seeing this message: These dates are available but you need to contact us for a price. Call us on for help.
Go to the Price planner of the property (Properties > Edit > click on the drop down - select Price planner > click Go)
Scroll down to the month you are looking at and click on the blue line and ensure you have entered a price for that specific number of nights.
NB. It is also important to check what dates the guest is looking at, as prices/ short breaks might differ between mid-week stays and weekend dates.
I would like to know how I amend this message: 'These dates are available but you need to contact us for a price. Call us on for help.'
I want it to say that we are no longer taking bookings due to Covid-19 virus
