How do I set up the integration with SuperControl?

Before you start your integration between and SuperControl please ensure your availability is the same in SuperControl to avoid any duplication.

*** FOR EXISTING BOOKING.COM LISTINGS If you have bookings in before you start the integration process please inform our support team so they can import these bookings for you.

Process summary

The automated sign up tool in allows your accommodation to request a connection directly to SuperControl by accessing the extranet of Once the request has been submitted, you will need to follow the below steps to ensure the connection is correctly enabled.

The steps taken between yourself and SuperControl

Step 1 Select SuperControl as your Channel Manager

You can start the activation process via the extranet by clicking on the Account link, on the right hand side of your Extranet.  You then want to click 'Channel Manager'.

If you already know who you are connecting with, start the procedure by clicking directly on the Start button and search for their name. Otherwise, you can check our preferred partners beforehand.

Once you have selected the Channel Manager, choose between the types of connection needed.

Step 2 Agreement

To complete your connection, complete all fields and accept and agree to the Terms and Conditions by clicking on Accept. You will receive a notification in your extranet Inbox along with a PDF copy of your XML Service Agreement

Step 3 SuperControl Confirmation

The Channel Manager receives a notification with your request and will confirm the connection when all mapping / changes of settings their side have been updated/completed. After that, you will receive an email in your extranet Inbox as below:

IMPORTANT: No extra steps are needed to be taken from within your extranet at this stage. If you fail to receive notification from SuperControl in the extranet after 4 days from the request date, please contact us directly.

You can check the status of the request from within the Channel Manager section of your extranet.

Your connection is live when you click the 'make my property live' on the extranet.
