You can allow your guests to enquire instead of instantly booking. This can be through an enquiry form on your website (You will find the link to your SuperControl enquiry form in Admin> Integration HTML which you can embed into your own website.) You can also set your property/ies to 'enquire only' on your booking calendar which will divert the guest to “Enquire now” instead of “Book now” for their chosen dates. An enquiry will come into SuperControl and you can send direct quotes back to the potential guest in an email with a link to “book now”.
