  • Enquiries for your property will be handled by our professional sales team (Open 7 days per week, 9am-9pm), who understand our customers needs. Our sales team deals with all aspects of the sales process from the initial contact to booking to following up post-travel.
  • Setting up & managing connectivity with your channel manger (where possible)
  • The PetsPyjamas Sales team will target market your property to our customers, this way we can direct customers to your property and get it the maximum visibility.
  • Our website has a database of 500,000+ Users and this is constantly growing. Your property will have access to features in our Marketing emails to our highly engaged database.

FAQs

What are the sign up steps?
  1. Submit and onboarding request via supercontrol (see further details here).
  2. The PetsPyjamas team will review your properties.
  3. They will get in touch, if the properties match their curation standards.
  4. PetsPyjamas will arrange an introductory call with you and send you a partnership proposal.
  5. Agree and sign PetsPyjamas supplier agreement.
  6. Activate the connection with PetsPyjamas.
  7. The team will update the listing content, highlighting it’s dog-friendliness.
  8. We should be ready to go live within 1-2 weeks!
What are the sign-up requirements?

Are there any listing fees?

There are no listing fees for self-catering properties, however there are many paid marketing activities to join if you need that extra push.

What commission do PetsPyjamas charge?

PetsPyjamas offer a competitive commission, varying depending on a number of factors.
All commission is charged + VAT. Commission will be discussed with you after your sign up request is received.

How do the payments work?

PetsPyjamas take payment from the guest, and this is paid across to the owner minus commission.
Payment terms will be discussed on a case by case basis.

Can I charge a deposit to customers via PetsPyjamas?

Yes, when onboarding your properties, please share clear instructions on when deposits should be taken and the amount due.

How do I add an uplift?

PetsPyjamas dont allow the facility for an direct uplift as they believe standard pricing leads to better booking conversion as your properties remain competitive against others on their site.
