How do I take custom payments and make custom refunds?
1. If your guest would like to pay part of the balance, you can take a custom payment using the 'custom payment' section found under the Customer Payments tab to the bottom of any booking.
2. Enter a name for the payment, payment method, amount and select 'Save'.
3. The payment will then be shown in Customer Payments.
If you are doing a custom card payment, remember to tick 'Process online using SagePay, HolidayRentPayment or Secure Trading', before clicking 'Save'.
