A Booking Fee is a useful way to cover the costs associated with processing a booking.  This is typically non-refundable.  Traditionally used by agencies this is becoming more popular for owners too.

How do I use booking extras to add automatic and hidden supplements to the rental price?

You can choose to hide a booking extra value from a guest, include it within the rental price or show it as an extra on top of the rental price.

Default Booking extra to only apply for a defined arrival day

You may want to make bookings arriving on a particular day more expensive.  For example, bookings arriving on a Friday or Saturday could be more expensive to cover additional cleaning costs.

Using Booking Extras for early check-in or late check-out fees

Charging early check-in or late check-out fees is a great way to earn additional revenue by simply organising your changeover schedule.  You can use SuperControl's booking extras to do this.

You may wish to offer your guests different prices depending on the cancellation terms.  For example, charge a higher price for more flexible cancellation terms.  You can do this for direct bookings by using Booking Extras.
