1. Go to Bookings > Grid view.

2. Click into the square in the arrival date column for the property you want to book.

Example:
Arrival date 30.08.2023, guest is staying in Retracing the Past.

A pop-up will appear.

2. Select the number of nights, number of guests (adults, children, infants).
You can also amend the price, if required.

Please note:
Should you see a warning, e.g. like the one in the screenshot above, you can still place the booking.
The system allows you to override the settings.

There are several option you can choose re placing the booking.

a) Property Closed

This will allow you to quickly block the date(s) off. When you click Place booking with this option selected, you will only have to add the guests surname, or any information you want to show in the grid view for the booking, e.g. maintenance, on the next page before saving the booking.

b) Place booking

If you have added all relevant information and click Place booking, you are forwarded to the booking page.
Enter all relevant data and click Save at the bottom left.

c) Place enquiry

This option allows you to add an enquiry by forwarding you to the Add enquiry page.
The dates and number of guests will be saved and will show on the Add enquiry page.

d) Place owner booking

You will be prompted to confirm that you want to add an owner booking.

Click OK and an owner booking will be created and you will be forwarded to the newly created booking automatically.

3. Click "Place Booking".

4. On the next screen fill out the booking form and check that you have listed all the guest details. You can also amend your price if required and then press ‘Save’.

5. Your booking is now saved. The booking will prevent any other person trying to book the same dates for that property.

6. If you navigate back to Bookings > Grid view you will see the booking you have just added. To go into the booking click on it.
