Why is my housekeeper not receiving alerts for owner bookings?
Updated onArticleIf an owner adds a booking they can select whether the housekeeper is required. If this option is not selected then the housekeeper will not be alerted of the booking.

How do I set up the Visit Scotland integration with SuperControl?
Updated onArticle1. Go to Integrations > Channel manager > Regional > Visit Scotland.
2. If you have separate listings on Visit Scotland you need to ensure each property has it's own VisitScotland ID. You will have a "MainID" added by default. Select this for your first property, then for each additional property click "Generate a new ID" so each property has a unique ID.

How do I enable a property owner to reply to a review (AGENCY only)
Updated onArticleIf you use SuperControl AGENCY you can enable property owners to see and reply to reviews for their own property.
- Go to Agency>Edit owner>then click Edit next to the relevant owner.
- In Owners login details on the 7th line down you will see 'Access to UpFront Reviews'. Tick to enable the owner to access their reviews; then tick if you want to allow the owner to reply to reviews.
- If you want the owners reply to be published live on UpFront Reviews click Enable owners reply to be published live on UpFront Reviews, click Enable owners reply to be published . If you leave this box unticked you (the agency) will receive an email asking for approval of the reply. You can then choose whether to approve the reply (so it will go live) or not. If you want to approve it, go to UpFront Reviews>Reviews and click on the number to the left of the relevant review. In the Review Details table next to Reply? you will see the owner's reply, click Add Reply to publish it.
- If you want the owners to receive notification that a review has been left for their property (as well as you, the Agency), go to UpFront Reviews>Settings and tick 'Owner Emails'.

How do I pay myself commission?
Updated onArticleOnce you have paid your owners it is important to remember to mark off your commission as paid.
Paying owners works independently with feeding over to the bank reconciliation report and will not include your commission until you mark it as paid.
This is because for many agencies you may not necessarily pay yourself on the same date you pay your owners.

How do I set up the Guestlink +CONNECT integration with SuperControl?
Updated onArticle1. Once your have signed up for Guestlink +CONNECT you need to obtain your CID number (Connect ID). Then go to Integrations > Channel manager > Regional > Guestlink +CONNECT and enter your CID next to the relevant property.
