To complete the VO 6048 form in England and Wales for the Valuation Office you will need data from three different reports.
Total income excluding VAT
Go to "Statistics > Revenue Report"
Filter by the relevant dates (usually the financial year of 1 April to 31 March)
You need to enter the value in the "Property total" column minus "VAT"
Nights property was actually let
Go to "Statistics > Property Performance"
Filter by the relevant dates (usually the financial year of 1 April to 31 March)
You need to enter the value from the "Nights let" column. This figure excludes any closed dates.
Date 70 / 182 nights achieved
You will need to download data to a spreadsheet and do some filtering to find this value. The following video describes the process.
