Why is my housekeeper not receiving alerts for owner bookings?

If an owner adds a booking they can select whether the housekeeper is required. If this option is not selected then the housekeeper will not be alerted of the booking.

Adding an owner booking via Bookings > Add owner bookings

1. Go to Bookings > Add owner bookings.

2. Select your property, dates etc. and ensure Housekeeping required is set to "Yes".

3. Click Save owner booking.

Adding an owner booking via the owner login

1. Within Agency > Edit owners > click Edit against the owner and make sure you allow this option:

2. Within the owner login click on the start date of the booking.

3. Enter in the details and ensure "Housekeeper required" is ticked.

4. Click Save.
