When you make the decision to start using SuperControl booking and management system, what happens next? How quickly can you expect to be up and running, and how much help will you get?
Your set-up guide
Once you sign up, you will receive an email from us containing your login details, a new password and a link to go straight to your account. You will also get a set-up guide and checklist, so that you can get going straight away. And, if you added information during a free trial, we can copy these details across to your new account for you. So you don't have to waste time doing it all again.
A member of the Onboarding team will then get in touch to guide you through the next steps. Training is done remotely using screen sharing software while speaking over the phone. Before your one-to-one training you could complete the following sections of the checklist: payment processing, account settings, customisation and property settings. Then you can use your training time to perhaps go through your short-break settings or learn more about some of the really clever features, such as automated emails.
