To help you set up your SuperControl account, we use a project management tool called Monday.com. This works like a checklist, guiding you through each step in the right order. It also gives you quick access to helpful resources.

How To Set Up
Our Onboarding team have created your Monday.com board and split the set-up into a number of stages. The recommended way to complete setting up is to follow the tasks in order, starting from the top and working your way down.
While setting up SuperControl you are going to use Monday.com as a checklist. Best practice is to have Monday.com and SuperControl open in separate tabs to make it easier to go between both during setup.
The tasks for you to complete are broken down for you on the board.
Using the first task in "Part 1: Admin" as an example, this is the process you will follow:
In order to complete a task, you would open SuperControl and follow the step exactly as it is broken down on Monday.com. Using the above example, you would complete the first task by going to Admin and then General details:

Making The Most Out of Monday.com
Our Onboarding team are just a click away. We are here to help, you can reach us Monday to Friday from 9:30am-4:30pm, through the speech bubble function (highlighted below in green).
Attached to each task on the board is a Help Centre guide to provide you with a visual step-by-step aid when setting up (highlighted below in yellow).
You can mark the status of each task as you go, to provide a clearer picture of where you are in the Onboarding phase (highlighted below in orange).
And to keep you on track we have set a due date to be used as a guide (highlighted below in pink).
