SuperControl will always collect the contact details of the lead guest.  If you want to collect the details of other guests in the party then you can do so.

1. Go to Admin > General details > section Website booking form details.
2. Tick the box to Collect additional guest information.
   This will reveal several options of information that can be collected.

The individual options are:

• Collect guest names
  The guest will be required to provide the names of all the members of their party.
• Do not allow initials
  You can force to have the full names provided and do not allow single letter (initial) entries.
  J. Smith will not be accepted. It needs to be John Smith.

• Gender
  The guest needs to select the gender of each member of their party from a drop-down list.

• Age
  You can selected to collect the age of all guests arriving, or just the age of the children.
  
  Selecting Age only will provide a drop-down for the age of children.

If you require the age all guests arriveing, you need to also tick the option Show guest ages over 18 years.

• Describe why you need guest names / ages / gender
  This field allows you to enter an explanation to the guest as to why you need to gather this information.
  The text you enter in this field will display above the section where the information is being gathered.
