Using Monday.com To Set Up SuperControl

To assist you with setting up your SuperControl system we use a useful third-party tool called Monday.com. This functions as an interactive checklist- to allow you to complete the stages of setting-up your SuperControl account in an ordered and sequential way, as well as giving you easy access to our help material. You can also use it to ask us questions if needed, through the chat function. These will be answered by a member of our Onboarding team. 

How To Set Up

Our Onboarding team have created your Monday.com board and split the set-up into a number of stages. The recommended way to complete setting up is to follow the tasks in order, starting from the top and working your way down.

While setting up SuperControl you are going to use Monday.com as a checklist, you will need to keep both platforms open while actively setting up. Best practice is to have Monday.com and SuperControl open in separate tabs to make it easier to go between both during set up. The login link for SuperControl is provided at the top of your board:

The tasks for you to complete are broken down for you on the board. 

Using the first task in "Part 1 - Admin Menu" as an example, this is the process to follow:

In order to complete a task, you would go in to SuperControl and follow the step exactly as it is broken down on Monday.com. Using the above example, you would complete the first task by going to Admin and then General details:

Making The Most Out of Monday.com

Our Onboarding team are just a click away. We are here to help, you can reach us Monday to Friday from 9am - 5PM,  through the speech bubble function (highlighted below in green).

Attached to each task on the board is a Help Centre guide to provide you with a visual step-by-step aid when setting up (highlighted below in yellow).

You can mark the status of each task as you go, to provide a clearer picture of where you are in the Onboarding phase (highlighted below in orange).

And to keep you on track we have set a due date to be used as a guide (highlighted below in pink).
