This is a two-way integration, which updates your availability and prices from SuperControl to iknow UK and vice versa.
You can also take bookings through your iknow-UK listings.
Please note:
Enquiries cannot be fed back from iknow UK to SuperControl.
How to set up the connection
- Go to Properties > Edit > Go.
- Under the Property details, make sure you have included the correct postcode for the property, and selected United Kingdom as the country.
Please note:
This integration will not work for properties outside of the UK.
- Repeat step 1 for all the properties you wish to link.
- Email iknow UK using the email address [email protected], orcall them on 0844 372 9090.
Provide them witht he following information:
- your client ID; that is your SuperControl account ID
- your property IDs; these are the numbers associated with your properties in SuperControl
e.g. 55xxx9 — Hippy Heliopolis - In the section Tick to show on iknow, tick all the properties that you wish to advertise on iknow-UK.
Please note:
If you tick the checkbox under Overall settings, this will automatically enable the integration for any new properties you add.
