After connecting your Third-party Channels (Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, etc.), here are the next steps:
1) Check for conflicting bookings
Go to Admin > Maintenance > Conflicting bookings
If you had added admin bookings to block dates (before connecting your channels), these may now conflict with the imported channel bookings.
Delete those old admin bookings so the channel bookings can show correctly.
2) Please ensure that all existing bookings are confirmed and that the rates and availability being transmitted to the channel are accurate.
For Agencies Only:
2) Go to Admin > Agents > Edit Agents
Make sure the commission and owner payment settings are correct.
Some channels send commission data automatically. For others, you’ll need to set up your own agent fee and add it manually to bookings. An example of this is VRBO. They do not send us the commission in the bookings.
