How do I request cross-updating?

1. Contact the company you wish to set up cross-updating with and confirm with them that you require this set-up.

2. Our support team will require confirmation from both companies, yourself and the other company, in order to carry out this work. Both of you should email [email protected]
Please include on this email what account should be invoiced for this service. A quote will be provided by our support team once they have reviewed the list of properties that you provide. 

3. In your email please ensure you use the following:

  • your comapnay name & account ID
  • the other companies name and account ID
  • the property names and property references for the properties that are to be connected

You can put the information into a table to make it easy for yourself, e.g. to prevent properties being forgotten, and us as well. As we will clearly see, which properties are to be connected.

4. If you already cross-update with another SuperControl customer, you need to inform the support team, who these companies are. This is to ensure that all required connections are being established.
Failure to inform us about further companies involved might ultimately lead to double bookings and cause a lot of unnecessary work for us.

5. Should you no longer have your properties marketed by the other company, please inform us as soon as you know.
This will allow us to schedule the required work in a timely manner.
