Updated on

Should a user not be able to access the DAC7 data as they require, the access rights should be checked to make sure, they have the correct access level set up for them.

Please note:
Only the Default user can change the access level.
Please contact your default user, if you need to have your level of access changed and you are not the default user yourself.

  1. Go to Admin > Login users.
  2. Click on Edit to the right of the login username you wish to enable the database download for.

On the very right hand side in the column View/Run DAC7 data it shows the current access level.

There are three different access levels to choose from.
