You can check which of your properties are set to cross-update with other properties within SuperControl. The properties don't need to belong to the same account. All cross-updating connection are being listed.
To see the cross-updating report you need to log into your Supercontrol account and go to Go to Admin > Maintenance > Cross-updating summary.
You will see a report like the one in the screenshot below.
It shows the different setups possible.
- The properties are set to cross-update. This is the minimum of integration.
- The properties are set to cross-update and the financial details are sent to the connected property.
- The properties are set to cross-update and the financial data is being received from the connected property.
- The properties are set to cross-update and the financial information can be edited in the bookings for the connected property.
- The properties are set to cross-update and the financial information can be edited in the cross-updated bookings you receive.
- The properties are set to cross-update. The ownership of any booking you receive for the connected property will be changed to the connected property.
Example:
Sunshine Balcony is receiving a booking. This booking will be forwarded to Gladys House, the connected property.
In your account the booking will be showing as cross-updated. The other account will have full control over the bookings as if they had received it.
- The properties are set to cross-update. The ownership of any booking the connected account receives for the property will be changed to you.
Example:
Any booking the connected account receives for your property will be cross-updated to your account. You will have the full control of the booking as if you had received it yourself.
In the connected account the booking will be showing as cross-updated.
Please note:
The column for the price sync will only be populated, if you have requested the prices in your account to be synced.
This can be done independently from any cross-updating.
