What type of integration can I have with LiveChat?
Updated onArticleOption 1: Enabling this means the guest will need to provide their name and email address before they start chatting. This allows SuperControl to check their email address and notify you of any previous booking or enquiry history you’ve had with them before you start chatting.
Option 2: This allows the person to start chatting straight away. This option will not allow SuperControl to give you any previous booking or enquiry data before you start the chat. No further instructions are required for this option.

How can I view payments made to an owner or all owners?
Updated onArticle1. Go to Agency > Commission statement.
2. At the top of the table click “View payments” against All owners or click “View payments” against an individual owner depending on your requirements.

Updated onArticle1. Go to Agency > Commission statement.
2. Click on View payments for “All owners”.

How do I group my owners?
Updated onArticle1. First add your group name by going to Agency > Owner groups.
2. Enter a Group name and click Add.
3. Go to Agency Edit owners and select Edit against an owner you want included in that group.
4. Tick to assign the group to the owner and click Save.

How can I send an owner their login details?
Updated onArticle1. You can send an individual owner their login details by going to Agency > Edit owners.
2. Select Edit against an owner.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and tick “Send login details by email” and Save.
To send all owners their login details in bulk go to Agency > Email owners.
1. Enter a subject for the email and write any content. Please note you do not need to enter the owners’ login details within this text box as it will be included automatically.
2. Scroll down and tick “Automatically include login details (if password has been set)”and Send.

How do I enable the owner login?
Updated onArticle1. Go to Agency > Edit owners.
2. Select Edit against an owner.
3. Ensure you have an email address set-up for all owners who require access to the owner login.
4. Create a password and tick what access level your owner should have and click Save.
5. To preview what the owner can see, you can click the “Impersonate login” option at the top of the page. This will take you to the owners login.

Where can I see a report on payments I have taken?
Updated onArticle1. Go to Bookings > Chart & Reports > Search customer payments.
2. Select your parameters and click Filter.
3. You can also export this table to Excel by clicking this icon
