If you have set up booking extras that are being added to bookings by default, e.g. a booking fee, you can forward these to Airbnb as well.
They will be included in the price before we send it to Airbnb.
Please note:
You can forward default booking extras, e.g. a booking fee.
You cannot forward booking extras the guest needs to select, e.g. extra pillows.
There are two places where the option to forward default booking extras is set up.
1) In the channel manager
Go to Integrations > Channel manager > International > Airbnb. Click the Settings button at the top of the page.
Scroll down until you see the section Rates in the middle of the page.
Tick the box behind Send default booking extras and Save.
All property that are being onboarded after selecting this option will automatically have the default booking extras added to the price going to Airbnb.
2) In the property settings.
Once a property has been connected to Airbnb this setting needs to be changed in the property settings directly.
You can either go to
Properties > Edit > Web details > Airbnb data > Go > Rates
or you go to
Integrations > Channel manager > International > Airbnb > click the property reference > Rates
Both ways will get you to this menu
Tick, or untick, the box behind Send default booking extras and click Save.
