You have the option to create an early bird and late availability discount for Airbnb specifically, separate from SuperControl discounts, enabling you to add a custom discount just for Airbnb. 

The Benefits

• Boost Your Search Visibility: Listings with active discounts are more likely to appear higher in Airbnb search results, putting your property in front of more potential guests. 
• Stand Out in Search Results: With Early Bird and Last-Minute Discounts, your listing is displayed differently in comparison to sending SuperControl discounts. The reduction is displayed on the listing, making it grab guest attention.
• Fill Up Your Calendar: These tools help you book early and fill in any gaps, so you have fewer empty nights and a fuller booking calendar. 

1. To set them up, go to Properties > Edit > select Web details > Airbnb data from the drop-down menu > Go > tab Rates.

2. Tick the box to the right of Send discounts.

3. Select the radio button in front of the Airbnb specific discounts option.
4. Select the discount option required.

Use SuperControl discounts
You set your discounts within SuperControl, Properties > Edit > Discounts > Go.
These discounts just reduce the total price we send to Airbnb. They do not display as a discount when the guest is booking on Airbnb.

Use Airbnb specific discounts
a) The Early bird discount will be shown to the guest when they check specific dates on Airbnb. The guest will know, they are booking a discounted price.
This discount will be itemised in the booking in SuperControl.
b) The Late availability discount will not be visible to the guest on Airbnb. It will be directly deducted from the price we forward.
Even so, it is not visible to the guest, as it is classed as an Airbnb discount, your listing will receive a higher ranking. This means a guest is more likely to see your property than when using a SuperControl discount.

5. Click Save at the bottom of the page.
