You can see which rate plan has been used for a Booking.com received booking by going to History & Correspondence tab in any booking.

1) The rate plan applied to this booking will be shown, together with the rate plan reference.

2) You can also see, if a Genius Rate has been applied. If this would be the case, the percentage would be showing in this column.

3) The price applied for the individual days of the booking are itemised here.

If you see Unknown Rate showing as the applied rate plan, you should be checking in the Booking.com extranet. You might have a rate plan still active which is not connected to SuperControl, but is still available for the guests to choose when booking their stay.
