Rates & Availability (legacy) Integration
The rates & availability (legacy) connection is used to connect already existing Booking.com listings.
As the listings already exist on Booking.com, rate plans will have already been created in the Booking.com extranet.
You can see them by logging into Booking.com and go to Rates & Availability > Rate plans.
Booking.com doesn't specify how many rate plans you can have. It's therefore possible you might have quite a few, depending on your requirements.
In the screenshot above, you can see that there is one standard rate, which has been connected to SuperControl and three further rates that have not been connected.
Please note:
We can only connect two rate plans to SuperControl.
These should/could be a refundable and a non-refundable rate.
It is possible to have only one rate plan connected, but one rate plan needs to be connected otherwise the integration will not work.
Should you amend the rate plan(s) in the Booking.com extranet, these changes will reflect in the prices your guests are being quoted.
