Booking.com rate plans - Full content integration

When you start the full content integration two rate plans are going to be created:
- a refundable rate
- a non-refundable rate

Once the listing has been created you can see them in the channel manager (Integrations > Channel manager > International > Booking.com) to the right of the property.

In the Booking.com extranet (Rates & Availability > Rate plans) you will see both these rates and that they have been connected to SuperControl.

Please note:
You can amend the settings of these rate plans in the extranet.
But please be aware that this will potentially influence the price the guest is being quoted and/or the number of nights the guest can book, depending on the changes you made.

If you don't want to offer a refundable and/or none refundable rate, please make sure you contact us by email via [email protected] before doing so.
This will allow us to disconnect the rate before you make the change.
