Sending default booking extras to Booking.com

Existing listings - legacy integration

Please note:
If you have set up default booking extras, please make sure these have been enabled in the channel manager.

Go to Intergrations > Channel manager > International > Booking.com.
If your properties are connected using the legacy (rates and availability only) connection, you might need to click onto the grey button labeled Legacy integration.

Select the Heading of the section Rate options on the right hand side of the property.

Please note:
Do not select the section heading Booking extras. The option required to be enabled for the default booking extras to be forwarded to Booking.com and included in the price will not be found in that section.

At the bottom of the section, change the setting for Include Required Options to Yes using the drop-down menu.

You need to push the data after making the change to refresh the listing on Booking.com.
In order to do this, scroll down the page until you see the option Send Data for All. Click the Send Data for All button.

New listings - full content (API) integration

Please note:
If you have set up default booking extras, please make sure these have been enabled in the channel manager.

Go to Intergrations > Channel manager > International > Booking.com > Configuration > section Rate options.

Tick the box to Include required booking extras. These are your default booking extras.
