Create Airbnb Mobile Discounts and Top Rated Guest Discounts

SuperControl now supports two additional Airbnb discount types, giving you more ways to target specific guest segments and improve your booking performance on the platform.

These discounts help you:

  • Increase visibility in Airbnb search results
  • Appeal to high-intent bookers with tailored offers
  • Drive more conversions without reducing your base pricing strategy

What’s available?

  • Mobile Discount – attract guests browsing and booking on mobile devices, where the majority of Airbnb traffic now comes from
  • Top Rated Guest Discount – incentivise experienced, high-quality guests who are more likely to book quickly and take better care of your property

 

Expand or collapse content Set up for existing individual Airbnb properties

To set up the Airbnb discounts in an individual existing property go to Properties > Edit > Web details - Airbnb data (to the right) > Go.

Select the Rates tab:

Tick the box for the discounts you want to apply and Save.

Expand or collapse content Set up discounts automatically for all properties created in the future

If you want to automatically apply the discounts to all properties that are going to be connected to Airbnb in the future, you can use the tick box in the Airbnb settings.

1. Go Integrations > Channel manager > International > Airbnb > Settings button

 

2. In the section Rates tick the Mobile Discount and/or Top rated Guest Discount options. 

The change will be saved automatically.

Expand or collapse content Set up Airbnb discount and apply to all properties in bulk

You can apply the Airbnb discounts to all existing properties in bulk.  

1. Go Integrations > Channel manager > International > Airbnb > Settings button.

2. In the section Rates tick the Mobile Discount and Top Rated Guest Discount option. This is the default for any new properties. 

3. Next "Apply to all" setting. Choose "Rates" on the drop down and select "Top Rates Guest Discount" and "Mobile Discount", then click Apply.
