Vrbo (HomeAway) cancellation policies

Applying a default cancellation policy

1. In SuperControl go to Integrations > Channel manager > International > Vrbo (HomeAway)> Full integration

2. You can choose to apply a default cancellation policy for any newly created properties going forward by scrolling down the page to the Default cancellation policy options box. Make sure to Save at the bottom of the page when selecting a cancellation policy. 

If you select custom you have three tiers in which you can customise the policy, using the dropdowns for example:

Update cancellation policies to all properties in bulk 

  1. In the Default cancellation policy options box select "Apply to all properties" in the top right hand corner.

2. Select "Cancellation policy options" and Save. This will update all existing properties cancellation policies.

Update individual property cancellation policies

  1. On the main Vrbo integration page in the channel manager (Integrations> Channel manager> International> Vrbo) click into the property name of the property you wish to update. 

2. Click on the "Cancellation Policy" tab and select the policy, then Save.
