You do not need to have both a Standard and a Non-refundable rate. We only require one rate plan to establish the connection.
For the rates & availability only (legacy) integration you are creating your rate plans directly on the Booking.com extranet.
You can decide, if you need both or only one.
When we receive the integration request, we will check, what rate plans have been created and connect them accordingly.
With the full content (API) integration we are creating a standard and a non-refundable rate during the property building process on Booking.com.
You can still edit the rate plans in the Booking.com extranet, should this be required.
