How to enable / disable the Booking.com Extranet access in bulk

In order for SuperControl Support members to be able to access your Booking.com extranet when investigating issues, you need to enable this access right specifically in your Booking.com extranet.

If you have several properties already connected, but access had not been granted, or you need to change the setting for several properties at ones, you can use the Bulk Editing feature.

When you are requesting the connection to SuperControl, you can enable this option during the integration process.

1. Log into your Booking.com extranet.
2. Click onto the Bulk Editing entry in the top menu.

3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page until you see the option Extranet access for your provider.

4. Click Take action.
5. Select the enable / disable option as required.

6. Click Select properties.

7. Select all properties by ticking the box in front of them for which you want to change the settings in bulk.

8. Click Select properties.

On the next page you have the option to review your selection.
Should you need to make changes to your selection, click Back.

9. If the current selection of properties is required, click, Apply changes

Next you will see a message that Booking.com has started to apply the selected changes to your properties.
