If you don’t know which cancellation policy applies to your listing or you want to change it, there are two different ways to do this.
Depending if you are connected for rates & availability only or full content, select the steps required below.

Rates & Availability only
1. Log in to your Airbnb account.
2. Go to Your listings and select a listing
3.  Click Booking settings
4. Next to Policies, click Edit
5. Under Cancellation policy, select a policy, then click Save.

Full content
1. Go to Properties > Edit > Web detail >> Airbnb data > Go.
2. Select the Booking settings tab and select your cancellation policy from the dropdown as required.
3. Click Save.
