Change of ownership of a property

If you have taken over a property already listing on Booking.com and want to have this property moved from the original owner to yourself, you can request a change of ownership directly.

Please note:
If you have already access to the Booking.com extranet, please use the steps outlined below.

  1. Sign in to the extranet
  2. Go to Inbox
  3. Select Booking.com messages
  4. Click See contact options
  5. Select Change property name and select Yes, this property is changing ownership. Or select Didn`t find what you`re looking for, click Compose new message and select Change of ownership.
  6. Send a message with your full name, email address, future takeover date, property ID(s) and proof of ownership (e.g. bill of sale).

Once submitted, Booking.com will review and process your request. They will get in touch directly.
