Superhost status can be achieved every quarter based on criteria for the previous 12 months.
You ( the Host) must achieve a minimum 4.8 average rating on all properties, have a minimum 90% response rate, have less than 1% cancellations done by yourself (the host) and a have minimum of 10 bookings for this period (the previous 12 months).
