How do I set up the Hoseasons integration with SuperControl?

Please note:
You need to have a minimum of three properties to connect to Hoseasons.

This integration is a two way API connection.
From SuperControl the following information is being sent to Hoseasons

  • Availability, including:
    - weekly availability
    - short breaks

In order to connect to Hoseasons your properties need to have been accepted by Hoseasons beforehand.

When a guest looks up dates, the up-to-date prices and availability will be pulled from your SuperControl account.

  1. Contact Hoseasons directly
    Please contact Hoseasons on 0345 268 8745
    Your properties need to be approved by Hoseasons first. 
  2. Once you have the approval from Hoseasons you need to log into your SuperControl account and go to Integrations > Channel manager > International > Hoseasons.
    Tick the box to enable the property for the connection.

A pop-up will appear asking, if you want to proceed. Click OK

Hoseasons will then enter the Service Code and Unit Code via a special tool we have provided to them.
They cannot access any other data or part of your account.

Please note:
The integration will be effective immediately and remain active as long as the properties are live on both sides.

Please note:
When connecting to Hoseasons you cannot continue to use the pricing provided by Hoseasons previously. The prices the guest will see on the Hoseasons website are the prices you set up in SuperControl.
