You can add an uplift to all new listings by going to Integrations > Channel manager > International > Airbnb > Settings
Scroll to the bottom of the page. In the middle you will find the section Rates.
The top option in this section is the uplift drop-down selection.
Select your uplift in the Uplift field of the Rates section (this will save automatically when edited):
You can choose an uplift in 0.5% steps.
Please note:
The setting of an uplift here will only apply to properties that are being newly connected for the first time.
If you need change the existing uplift for a property, or want to have individual uplifts for your properties you need to do this in the property settings directly.
Go to Properties > Edit > Web details >> Airbnb data for the relevant property > Rates tab.
Change the uplift by using the drop-down selection.
Here you can also select an uplift in 0.5% increments.
