How to process a payment using a virtual card provided by Booking.com

Please note:
If you are not receiving Virtual Card details from Booking.com, the option to receive and process virtual card details may not have it enabled on Booking.com
Please contact Booking.com directly and ask them to enable this option for you.
We here at SuperControl are not able to make these changes for you in your Booking.com account.

Virtual cards from Booking.com can only be charged within a defined time frame. This time frame is being controlled by Booking.com
Within the booking you can see the information re when you can start processing a virtual card in the booking comments.

Under the customer payment tab you can also see the exact time from you have for processing all payments, as well as the maximum amount you can take from the guest's card.
It will not allow you to exceed this amount under any circumstances.

If you try and taken a payment before this date, you will see the registered card, but you will not be able to select it as a payment method yet:

You will only see the registered card option on the date provided. In this case the 1st June 2020:
