1. Make sure all relevant properties have been assigned to the property group.

In order to connect a group of properties to Booking.com, a lead property needs to have been assigned to the group.
Only this lead property will be connected to Booking.com.

2. Log into your Booking.com extranet and go to Property > Property Layout.

3. Make sure that the same number of properties grouped in SuperControl are also selected as Number of this type.

Should the number not be the same, please click Edit and amend it on the next page.

4. Request the integration with SuperControl directly from within your Booking.com extranet once this has been done.

Once we have connected your property, you will see your Hotel ID and Room ID, as well as the rates only applied to the lead property in the channel manager.

5. In SuperControl go to Properties > Property groups.
6. Select Display grouped from the drop-down menu for the options Booking.com display type.
