How do I add property groups?

Updated on

This feature can be used for businesses that have more than one identical property, e. g. several chalets of the same specification. It enables you to show only one property in the calendar on your website.

Example:
If you have three property groups with five properties each, you have a total of 15 properties. In the calendar only the three lead properties could be shown when listing the properties grouped. Therefore reducing the time the guests needs to spend looking for the property and the availability of their choice.

As long as there is a property in the group with availability for the dates the guest is wanting to book, the property is showing as available. Only when no property has the dates available, will the property show as not bookable.

Please note:
If you are connected to Beyond, the properties need to show individually in the property group. You can't use the setting to display the properties grouped.
This is because each property needs to be individually connected to Beyond.
