If you don't want to allow guests to book directly, but need them to enquire directly, you need to hide the Book now option and allow enquires.
You do this by going to Properties > Edit > Go > section Calendar display settings.

1. Set the option Hide booking button to Yes.
2. Set Allow enquires to Yes

3. Click Save at either to top or bottom the page.
