If you want to use the same short break settings for a number of properties, you can simply copy them from one property to one or all of your properties.
Note: You need make sure that the short breaks are set up correctly in the property used as the Source property.
Otherwise you might copy inappropriate short breaks and need to redo previously already done work.
Go to Properties > Copy > Copy short breaks
Without any property selected the page looks like this.
Only once a property has been selected become the further options visible.
Note: Disabled properties cannot be selected as a source for copying short breaks.
When a property has been selected, the dates for the short breaks already set up are automatically showing in the drop-downs.
Selecting a start date automatically selects the corresponding end date.
E.g. You have set a short break band from the 18.11.2022 to the 25.11.2022. When you select the 18/11/2022 as the start date, 25/11/2022 will show as the end date.
The destination (where the short breaks are copied to) can be either A) another individual property, B) all properties of a specific owner or the short breaks can be copied to C) all properties in an account.
Again, please note that disabled will not show in the list of properties you can select as destination.
When selecting a specific property to copy to, you will see a list of all your active properties, highlighted in different colours.

In the Date Changes section the first option is to either have the system automatically change the day of the week, or do this manually, option A).
This is important as the dates are on different days of the week each year, e.g. 01.03.2023 was a Wednesday. In 2024 it will be on a Friday.
You can select to change the date either 6 days backwards, -x, as well as forward, +x.
You can copy the short breaks only to the next year or several years into the future as well, B)
Lastly, tick the box to acknowledge that you know all short breaks that are in the price planner already and differ from the short breaks to be copied, will be delete and replaced with the copied ones.
You can't copy anything without having ticked the acknowledgment box.
