You can check all set up property reminders either for each individual property or for all properties.
You can also download a report in either PDF or CSV format. This report can then be view and / or forwarded, e.g. to the owner of a property.

- Go to Properties > Property alerts.

- Enter your date range for your report.
You can either select the dates directly using the calendar icons.

Or select a start date and then use the drop-down menu to select for how many weeks into the future you want to export the reminders.

- Select the property you want to check from the drop-down menu.
Please note:
You can select several or all properties by holding down the Crtl key (Windows) or the Cmd key (Mac).
- Click Filter.
A list of all reminders for the period chosen will display.
- To export to a PDF or CSV file, click on either of the icons next to the Filter button.

The report will be created and automatically saved to your devise.
Please note:
The feature to email the reminders to the owners is only available for agency accounts.
You can also email the list of reminders for a property to the owner.
This allows you to keep the owner up-to-date with e.g. any certifications done for their property.
