Licensing laws for self-catering properties are becoming stricter. In some countries it's already a requirement for specific information to be shown on a property listing. Without it, the listing will potentially not be validated therefore cannot go live and become bookable.
Every region/country will require different regulations and have different deadlines for this required information. ​

​As we know property compliance can be a huge admin headache for property owners and agencies, we are trying to ensure it is as easy and straightforward as possible to manage this.​

​Channels, e.g. Booking.com, will require the information based on the address of the property in order for compliance to be verified. In the near future, if a property doesn't meet the criteria set by the channel, the channel will most likely remove the property from their site.​
