On the channel manager page in SuperControl are a few options you may or may not want to use to forward information to Vrbo.
To see these options go to Integrations > Channel manager >International > Vrbo, and scroll to the bottom of the page.
You will see the following options:
- Assigned ID
This will be automatically filled in when your integration with Vrbo is established. - Enable sending of reviews
This means any UpFront Reviews you receive for the property will be forwarded to Vrbo.
This does not mean that review request will be sent from SuperControl to the guests having booked with Vrbo. - Minimum age of renter
Here you can set the minimum age any guest must be. - Send compliance data from SuperControl for new properties
If you want to send the compliance data directly from SuperControl or set this up on Vrbo directly can be selected with this option.
You can also decide about the sending or not sending of the compliance data under Properties > Edit > Select Web data -> HomeAway data > Compliance tab.
You might find in the Web data that no compliance data is required for the property.
- Max allowed bookable nights
You can set the maximum number of nights from 14 to 56 nights.
This is an independt setting just for Vrbo. You can allow a higher or lower maximum number of nights in the property settings under Properties > Edit > Go > section Calendar display settings > option Max duration for online bookings.
Please note:
You can copy the settings from one property to all your other properties. Thus saving you time as you do not have to select the same options for all properties individually.
In this section you can select either a pre-defined cancellation policy or set up a custom policy to suit your needs.
